Los suelos del término municipal de Santa Cruz
de Mudela

RESUMEN

En este capítulo acerca de los suelos existentes en el término municipal de
Santa Cruz de Mudela, se hace un breve repaso de sus factores formadores resal-
tando las estrechas relaciones entre suelos y litologías. Se analizan los principales
procesos que tienen lugar en el curso de su formación y desarrollo y siguiendo las
normas dictadas y publicadas por la F.A.O., se describen sus características y
propiedades y se hace una referencia a los cultivos actuales que los ocupan, inclu-
yendo la capacidad de uso potencial que tienen.

ABSTRACT
The soils of municipal term of Santa Cruz de Mudela

In this chapter on the soils within the municipal term of Santa Cruz de Mudela
we go over its factors of formation poiting out the close relation between soils and
lithological materials. The principal formation and development are here analysed.
Furthermore, their characteristics and properties are described following the nor-
ms dictated and published by the F.A.O. Finally a reference to the cultivations and
current use of these soils is made, including information about the capability of
potential use they have.
