DEFECTIVE mRNA STABILITY REGULATION IN HUMAN
DISEASES
Several human diseases, outlined below, are associated to
mutations in 3’UTR mRNA stability determinants or to alterations in
the regulation of 3’UTR-binding regulatory proteins. Next, specifics
examples will be given to illustrate both aspects.
