ELEMENTOS CLAVE DE LA CALIDAD
ASISTENCIAL PARA COMBATIR LA
PANDEMIA DE LA OBESIDAD
En el ámbito sanitario es bastante habitual referirse al
concepto de calidad asistencial, si bien nos encontramos que este
concepto no es fácil de definir, ya que presenta un componente de
subjetividad muy importante condicionando la falta de una res-

In the health field, it is quite common to refer to the con-
