    I will give you one example of how one concentration value could
give limited or as in this case wrong information. As shown in
Fig. 4 the obtained plasma concentration value could indicate that
the selected dose and dosing interval are correctly chosen. However,
without taking into account the dosing interval and the number of
doses taken by the patient measured plasma concentration value can
indicate that the prescribed dose is going to produce serious side
effect and a much lower dose should be prescribed.
