Resumen
En el trabajo se realiza un estudio comparativo de cómo regulan España, Alemania y Francia le elaboración por terceros en la realización de fórmulas magistrales. Se analizan en qué situaciones puede realizarse y qué establecimientos pueden llevarlo a cabo.

Abstract
The present paper is a comparative study of how regulate Spain, Germany and France the participation by a third party in the practice of pharmacy compounding. It is analysed in which situations this participation can be carried out and what establishments are authorized to do this.
